Also...body fat % was 24.8 today at the gym. And so the work is on to get that down to "good"... ">

Whooaa! I think that bear stole the soul of another bear by staring at it until it died. Who knows how many goats it has killed. And the body fat percentage sounds a bit high. You sure they are not trying to make sure you renew your gym membership.

nope...pretty sure I'm just lazy and that is my real body fat percentage. I'm pretty sure the Snuggle bear has killed more than goats...
